Waiting for Godot - My Scene
In this scene from Waiting for Godot, I play Vladimir, one of the central figures in Samuel Beckett's existential masterpiece. The moment unfolds as Estragon struggles to remove his boot, exhausted and frustrated. Vladimir enters with short, stiff steps, and their reunion is filled with tension, weariness, and a faint echo of joy. They speak of a night spent in a ditch, of beatings by familiar assailants, and of an ever-present sense of confusion. As they consider leaving, they remember—they cannot. They're waiting. For whom? Godot, perhaps. Or perhaps just for meaning. A barren tree, the dimming light of dusk, and two men locked in a cycle of uncertainty and fragile hope.

An Enemy of the People
Theatrical Adaptation – An Enemy of the People (Henrik Ibsen) A 10-minute adaptation performed by second-module theater students as part of the Theater Theory course, guided by professor Glória Reis. This concise retelling of Ibsen’s powerful play follows Dr. Thomas Stockmann as he uncovers the contamination of his town’s baths. When he attempts to reveal the truth, he faces opposition from political figures, the press, and even the citizens he tries to protect—ultimately being labeled a public enemy. The performance explores integrity, moral corruption, political pressure, and the heavy cost of truth in a society that fears change. Cast: Gabriel (Dr. Stockmann), Daniel (Peter Stockmann), Josie (Katarina), Rômulo (Hofstad), Rafael (Aslaksen) Direction and Guidance: Glória Reis
